What is the recruitment process?
Our recruitment generally follows the steps below:
- Only shortlisted applicants are contacted
- Interviews take place (face-to-face or teleconference)
- Citizenship/Visa status verified
- Reference checks performed
- Validation of certificates/licenses (depending on position requirements)
- Successful candidate receives offer of employment
- Unsuccessful candidates (who have attended an interview) are contacted
Is service in your blood?
We are seeking an ambitious individual who has passion, flair and drive and is willing to commit to quality and guest satisfaction. You will be confident, well groomed and a customer service personality. You will be required to work flexible shifts including splits and nights. Shifts can be midweek and/or weekends.
Previous experience in restaurant, café and/or banquetting service is required and you need to possess a valid RSA Certificate (VIC) or you are in the process of obtaining it.
Possession of a current RSG & GIE (gaming) license and police check is beneficial.
You must be eligible to work in Australia, over the age of 18 and capable of communicating in the English language.
